Friendly, semi-casual conversation with project managers and one of the principals. I was able to ask questions and was given an office tour. There isn’t much onboarding once you’re hired, so it can be a bit disorienting. You are expected to be fairly independent right off the bat. The office is quiet and the deadlines are fast!
