Usually there is at least 1-2 general interviews where the team lead or HR will ask you questions about your experience and skills. There is also usually a technical interview or a technical course to complete.

Talk about my education and software developing experience
I had an interview with an HR person, who invited me to attend an evaluation course the company was hosting. Over multiple days, they would teach multiple candidates their base product in their training room. Company staff would be available to answer questions and help as needed. Meals were provided, and candidates and staff members were assigned seats to eat and chat. Towards the end of the course, candidates would be required to build a system using what they learned and present it to a set of staff members. During the time that they're building the system, the candidates would be pulled aside for one-on-one interviews as well.

applied online and was given an email to complete an online assessment. If you do well enough they will email to schedule a few virtual interviews. I had 2 virtual interviews before the technical onsite
