Seemed like they wanted someone to take someone else's work load. Too many accounts assigned to one person. They put you in a room with the whole team but do not seem to get into any real technical questions. They seem to want people with certs but when asked if you could work towards certs while working there it seems like a turn off. Stating they are not important. Seems a little conflicted.
