Cgs india is one of the leading company in IT platform, i have attend to the tech support interview . the interview process has 3 rounds ,first rounds is jam sections and second round is GD or written based on the strength finally hr interview.

Entretien
The first round is voice process but actually they are not ready to recruit. Around 60mem attented when i went there and the HR rejected all of us saying the same reason i.e, improve your comm skills and attend the intrw in next month but selected only one with the reference.
