First round is technical round.there are really good but there dont know anything about the sql and plsql meanwhile i am not ready to response because the two number are talking in local language but both are think that there are best expert in oracle . if you dont kw answer try to listen it.

what is constraint and unique constraint? there are justify that only one can be allowed in unique constraint. go and check is null<>null in oracle in sql server null= null;
