The HR called to set up a onsite interview.They gave a SQL technical test. Once that is cleared,the managers interviewed casually on the jobs done earlier. The interview wasn't hard. After the manageral interview, I met with the interview with the VP, which is also a usual process. The salary offered was very low and the tools they use are proprietary. They expect long,late hours and to multitasking. Weekend support is also expected often to support events troubleshooting.
