I applied online. The process took 1 week. I was interviewed at Comptel (Bangalore) in July 2017.
Interview
Basically 2 rounds of interview , but for me one additional HR round,as they were confused with my profile,whether I am developer or tester, as I have both in my project history.
First round was screening about my resume and my past experiences on project and covered Core java end to end.
Then some SQL queries , Unix commands.
Second round was more in to HR.

Core java- some output predictions, asked to write few codes,question on collections,string

WebServices and Hibernate basic questions, as I didnt have prior working experience on that.
And second round was kind of HR to understand which role I am looking into for(Developer or Tester) as my profile has both, So I clarified the point.
Then third round was pure HR round, where he asked me to describe about myself and then asked whether I have any problem with Nokia acquiring Comptel or any other concerns on that, and he explained what is going to happen when Nokia acquires Comptel and that it wont impact the employees.then direct into expected Salary and he will straight away ask for negotiations,I have accepted negotiation as it was going to be my first offer in hand.
I suggest dont say negotiable. ;)

Entretien
nothing much is asked for, only focus on your past experience. give perfect work you do in resume and be prepared to what you have done in past. they focus on your real-time experience and the work you have done. nothing outside the syllabus. well, technical round is the one they look for nothing else.
