It was easy and felt like a casual conversation. I talked to Dr. Simmons and one other employee for the position. We sat down and just discusses what they expected of me for the job and then we just had a conversation about the position and my qualifications. Very casual and easy interview and it made me feel very welcomed into the work atmosphere.
