I had a phone interview. It was super chills and the person talked more than I did which is always a good sign. About 2-3 weeks later I heard back if I had got the position or not.

The interview was really laid back. The producers are great and make you feel very at ease, as long as you are qualified. I went in a bit nervous but walked away very confident.

The supervisor just talked about themselves the whole time. Just nod and agree. Mention how you don't mind working in all areas. Say that you can delegate but also take charge. Don't appear as a party animal but serious and dedicated.

I had a phone interview and was told there is a list of candidates they are exploring, and I will have to do an in-person interview if selected. I am still waiting to hear back from them! I hope it is good news.
