During this role play we asked how the applicant would interact with a client to improve the product. We are interested in finding out how this applicant thinks, and what their communication level is.

In person interview, online assessment (does not work if you are vision-impaired like me), which they say isn’t required, but then I got a rejection immediately afterward. Pretty bad experience.
