In person interview, online assessment (does not work if you are vision-impaired like me), which they say isn’t required, but then I got a rejection immediately afterward. Pretty bad experience.

During the interview we ask the applicant to share a little bit about themselves. And the we jump right into a role play. During this role play we asked how the applicant would interact with a client to improve the product. We are interested in finding out how this applicant thinks, and what their communication level is.
