Entretien
Submitted CV, cover letter and some questions about myself. This was followed by a verbal and numeric reasoning tests. After passing, I was invited to an interview which was conducted by 2 staff from different depts.

Questions were fairly standard: interest in the CMA, challenges I've overcome, how I manage deadlines etc.
