The interview took place in two phases(2 days) 1.So, on the first day of interview they will just check whether you can speak or not.. They will ask you few basic questions or maybe not it is more like a formality .. Mine interview lasted for 2 mins or less only in which they asked me about my qualification nd told me to write something on computer.. The HR guy was sitting in front of his computer and handed over his keyboard to me nd told me to write from a paper which was already there just to check if I know where the alphabets keys are located... So I had to write without looking at the screen as I was sitting opposite to the HR guy.. I wrote about 1 line then he told me to come next day for the main interview 2. The second day will be the main interview..there were like 100 plus candidates It was conducted in 4 rounds.. The first was typing test. After that they rejected some of the candidates. The second was the online test which consists of general reasoning, English, nd basic aptitude (too easy to crack). After that they will call you all together in a room nd will start taking names just to separate rejected nd the chosen ones. The third will be the document verification nd form fill up. Along with basic interview. They will start calling your name nd will ask you to bring documents with yourself (very informal) nd will ask you few questions together with documents verification . After that you will be asked for a photoshoot for I card. After that they will start calling your name nd will ask few basic questions again some guys will be selected on the spot nd they might put some guys on waiting list in accordance with their requirements. They put me on the waiting list as I had opted for okhla location nd they had to make a batch of candidates to train together at okhla. I got a call after 3 days of my interview nd was asked to join as a Data Analyst.
