1st - Brief phone interview with Owner to set up in-person interview 2nd - In-person interview with Owner at gym. Basic interview questions including background, education, certifications, sales experience, strengths and weaknesses. 3rd - Phone interview with VP of Operations and Sales. More sales and service oriented. Very good experience.

fairly straight forward, three rounds of interviews. Started with a phone call, then an in person interview, then I had to do some testing in the third round. The final round they made me do some cold calls to see how I was on the phone, which I thought was strange. I was doing the work for the person there
