Interviewing process was quite good. HR manager is professional and nice person. Interview included ~20 minutes of conversation, two test tasks: short and easy (20 min) and longer and more difficult (40 min), and tech talk with software developer. For the second test task they give you 2 print pages of code on C++ and ask you to write an explanation for this code. Since company develops software for financial sphere this code was part of a procedure for some financial calculation. It seemed to me that they want to hire not a Tech Writer but experienced software developer with flawless English to create documentation (basically to cover more than one position by one person).
