Interview was very comfortable and had a conversation-type feel. Manager was very thorough in his explanation of the company and the job description. Job shadow with the Dispatch Manager was a part of the interview. He discussed the pros and cons of the job and allowed me to observe himself and other dispatchers in action. I met with all the department managers and was shown the different operational areas of the company.
