talked with the head of retail where he outlined my role and responsibilities and asked if I would like to work in the kitchen or as front of house. he asked some basic questions and told me about the plans of the building in which I will be working in.

3 questions where asked, previous kitchen experience, questions on customer service and how you will welcome a new staff. Interviewer was nice and friendly. Just relax and answer as best as you can.
