Entretien
I was contacted by a recruited directly, they explained the role and enquired as to my level of interest. Within 48hrs an initial interview had been scheduled. Following the first interview with the hiring manager I was invited to a second with the regional director an offer was made that same day. Great company, lots of opportunities and good training opportunities. As the company is vast, sometimes you just need to create the opportunities for yourself.

Provide an example as to how you have worked at a strategic level?
Applied for an HR job and received an email back to take a video interview for an Admin/Receptionist position. Is this some sort of bait and switch? Then the job posting disappeared and re-appeared a couple of days later. Obviously they need to get their act together! Got a rejection letter (on a Saturday no less) before I even had the chance to take the video interview. I highly doubt their recruiting team was working on a Saturday. So on what basis was I rejected? It doesn't appear that an actual human was involved in this process, all decisions made by computer?

Didn't waste my time with a video interview for a job I didn't even apply to. Their online system is a good indication of why not to apply here.

Pretty basic assessment day. Lovely people, average in difficulty really just depends on how you deal with pressure. I was disappointed the recruitment partner didn't advise of time changes until the night before so I was very nervous going in knowing I would need to leave early for work which never looks good. Recruitment partner was disgusting to me. Never even met her on the day she wasn't there. Had to chase for an answer. Called me with 'I have feedback' she sounded ANGRY! You came across negative, just such a negative person, very negative in activities, you won't fit in here'. Needless to say I was shocked, never had feedback like this in my life, especially when it was not requested. Constructive criticism better reflects your company, to destroy me down the phone and before I could challenge the icing was the 'so yeah, okay byeeeee' and I was cut off?! I head my recruitment team, and for one of your partners to communicate in this way only made me feel like the rejection was a blessing in disguise, I feel very sorry for graduates and young people caught in this woman's path she may really deter some people from trying for a while. It couldn't be made up, it sounds like an exaggeration but this is word for word! You also sent the wrong rejection email, saying I won't be invited to interview (I already had) and with the wrong position stated. Very professional.

Phone screen with recruiter first, then phone screens with hiring manager and finally an in person with the leaders that role would support in field. Very long and drawn out (2+ months) only to be told there was an internal candidate interested and they needed to vet that person for role first. Never got anything else after that, not even a declination email!
