Very informal process. Chat with recruiter, chat with hiring manager, chat with senior stakeholder. Went through 3 rounds and told I’d hear back the following week. Nobody came back to me despite a follow up from me. Very confused and very disappointed as I thought it went well. Since reading reviews it seems this has happened to others.
The initial screening interview is a timed pre-recorded virtual interview. Questions appear on the screen and you have a min or two to record a video response. You have a brief sample/test period of time to get acclimated to the software.
