Very basic interview overall- they asked me why I was interested in the the real estate industry/ why I got into it, and asked if I was interested in becoming licensed in the future. Very accommodating to students/ flexible schedule.

Entretien
After meeting with a recruiter, I was referred for a Zoom interview with the company direct weeks ago. Although they said they would respond, they never did. This is highly unprofessional. Looking at this company profile and it's employees, it seems they are consistently younger. It appears other than upper managment, they don't have employees much older than 30-40 years old and really should rethink this "coincidence".

Entretien
After applying I was put in touch with an agent on the team where we conducted a zoom interview. It was in depth but overall easy if you are in the industry. They sent me some exercises to complete and a personality test. Once completed I then met with the leader of the team. I was offered the job the next day.
