I applied online, and was reached out shortly after by a recruiter. Had a phone interview with the recruiter, which went well. The recruiter told me on the phone call that she wanted to invite me to the next round of interviews and that an individual from the team would reach out to me about scheduling, A week passed by and I hadn't heard anything so I sent a follow up email to the recruiter. I received no response back. Another week passed by and I sent a second follow up email to the recruiter. *crickets*
I was so excited to learn more about the opportunity and company. It's a bummer to be ghosted and treated this way as a candidate. It totally kills the excitement. I expected more from this company.

I interviewed for the customer success manager position available in Chicago. I was interviewed by the senior recruiter based out of Colorado. This was one of the worst interviews I have ever sat through. This recruiter made me feel so belittled. She continue to cut me off and jump to conclusion our entire interview. It was actually so disappointing to see that Compass would allow someone who treats people so poorly to hold any say in there hiring process.

Interview process was great. I had 3 round of interviews. First with a recruiter, the second one was with a peer, and the third one with a manager. The questions were very thoughtful.
