The interview process was messy and unenjoyable. Recruiter came off as disingenuous and arrogant and that should have been a red flag from the start. Phone screen went fine and that person was actually the more enjoyable person to speak with among the onsite panel. While onsite, the process was messy and there were changes in the schedule. The people I spoke with were very arrogant and it became very apparent that there was a very negative work culture. Interviewers' phones were ringing, they were checking their emails, seemed uninterested- I've never experienced such a negative feeling before. The company is hiring like crazy thinking it will magically resolve its tech problems but I think the company is headed towards failure in the long term. I ended up getting an automated rejection email after I followed up with the recruiter who didn't even have the courtesy to follow up with an email or call. Very happy I dodged the bullet and I had other offers anyway, so it didn't really bother me and I wasn't planning on taking an offer even if I'd gotten one. I would advise anyone looking to interview here to be careful and listen to the early warnings/ red flags.
