Phone screen interview. Interviewer was nice. First is JS general question. Would be helpful to go over ES6 features before the interview. Another one is basic algorithm question in JS.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Compass en juin 2020
Entretien
Recruiter Screen - 45min.
Technical Screen - 1 hour.
Virtual onsite - 5ish hours.
Technical screen was a reasonable question and the interviewer was polite and collaborative.
We covered palindromes, prototypical inheritance, and TDD.
Onsite was comprised of a system design portion, DS + A, behavioral/managerial, and a "logic and maintainability" section.
System design - design Netflix -- engineer was super friendly and was an enjoyable chat.
DS + A -- engineer was collaborative and friendly, felt like we worked together.
Managerial -- nice guy, typical STAR questions.
Logic + Maintainability -- Had nothing to do with that, was a question straight off Leetcode. Interviewer was super uninterested, and not helpful. Tried to ask questions, they weren't paying attention. Bad way to end the loop.
