J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Compass Airlines (Minneapolis, MN) en mars 2011
Entretien
Applied online and was given a date for an informational interview. There were about 35 other candidates there. It was all very relaxed. An HR rep came and talked about the position and the company as well as have a Q&A session with current employees. We had to stand up and give a 1 minute presentation about ourselves and why we wanted to work for Compass. We were then separated into groups and told if we were going to have a 1 on 1 interview the next day.

The process was easy. There was a two step interview process. At first all candidates were gathered together and answered the questions. Next, those who passed the first step were invited to various rooms for individual interview.
It was very easy- just a standard flight attendant interview. The interview started in a group and ended as a face to face interview. Talked about the basics before interviewing
I didn't get to participate in the interview because they cancelled the session without notifying me. I flew from the midwest to LAX and booked a hotel for two nights for nothing.
