Answered the online ad. Met the Regional service manager at a restaurant. I did a paper technical test. I then did a real world demonstration. After that. I had to turn in all paperwork via email.

Phone, whole thing was a joke, no questions about anything relating to the position at all. No electrical, mechanical, or electronic. Talked about what the fishing was like in the Great Lakes. There was little to be taken away from this by me. Sounded like someone has to make phone calls and is not interested in hiring anybody,
