Initial screen with recruiter, then a case study on sourcing candidates (about 2 hours of time), then interview with an executive. Expectations were set that the executive interview would be technical, insurance acumen focused but it was not. It is clear that something had changed and they kept the interview as a courtesy, which I understand but don't recommend for candidate experience.
