Basic really, anyone can go it through it and pass as long as they have a decent understanding of the english language. You talk to one of the Directors and you are pretty much hired.

Interview was pretty quick and superficial, seemed more like a formality than anything else. As long as you don't seem crazy or like something is wrong with you, they'll probably hire you.
