Friendly interview process. Staff appeared knowledgeable and passionate about the organization’s mission. Three interviews total with direct supervisor, colleagues, and national leadership. Interviewers were open about needs and challenges related to the position.

Interview was 11 years ago but was positive. The hiring process was lengthy but quite easy. I actually had two interviews and they were both positive. They made me want to join the agency.
