The initial conversation I had with the recruiter was over the phone to schedule a 1:1 interview. The interview itself was very straight forward. I basically just elaborated on my previous work experience listed on my resume, as well as talked about the reason(s) for my interest in the position. The young lady who interview me was very friendly and honest as to what exactly the position entailed. I ended up taking the job.
