The process was kind of easy after going through the whole summer youth process because it was my first time ever doing it I didnt really mind it but it did kinda take long and after that before I got the job I had to go to like a meet and greet class and we talked about business and everything I would need to know about the work force

Very straightforward and laid back, mainly camp director describing what I would be doing for the camp. Emailed the director and had an interview scheduled the next week, was told on the spot that I got the job.
