I had four interviews with this company, and was asked to create a marketing plan for a particular product category and present it. They received about a week's worth of free consulting work consisting of marketing strategy that my previous employer would have charged about $10k for. The interview process was unclear from the beginning and they kept changing day/time, and the number of interviews. The final interview was with the CEO, Andrew Malley, who was very rude and condescending. He was clearly was not interested in my candidacy, and asked me questions that were asked and answered one and two interviews prior. After the interview process, the recruiter asked me if I had any pending offers and that they expected it would take two weeks for DHGE to come to a decision. A month and a half passed and there was no response. At that point, had they offered me the job, my response would have been no anyway. Eventually, I received a form rejection letter from their HR department. In doing some poking around on LinkedIn, I also found that there was already someone in the role who was hired two months before my interview. This is not what I was told during the interview process. I would not apply to a job with this organization again. I was treated poorly during the interview process, imagine what working there is like.
