First was a phone interview with the talent recruiter then after a week, was called to set up an in person interview at the institution site with the manager, once it was set up, showed up at the designated address/time and meet with the interviewers, before/after the interview, RN manager showed me around and meet other personnel working in the unit, then after that, was called again to set up another interview with their Manager of Clinical Nursing and after that interview, was offered the job 6 days later. The vibe I got during the interview process and meeting the interviewers as well as the talent recruiter was all positive, all are very professional .
