Entretien
After submitting my application, my papers were assessed if I meet the requirements for the position I'm applying for. After a month I was called for a pre-employment exam and about a month after I was called for an interview. It was a pannel interview composed of the Regional Supervising Auditors and the head of the HR.
It was quick. You must be yourself. It is more on stress tolerance and how willing are you to render overtime work. Just be honest in answering questions. The panels are very nice.

The process took 30 minutes, at first I was very anxious but luckily the interviewer were polite and smiling so the interview atmosphere was chill and relaxed. The question pertains to stress tolerance and willingness to render OT in weekends.
