Applied online. HR contacted me and required me to submit a complete CV without any gaps (we are living in the 21st century -- not every experience is relevant to the job). I complied and took half a day to look up and summarize all my experiences since highschool. Almost immediately after my resubmission, the position was no longer available and I received a decline. It was probably an internal hire, but why go through the lengths of making a prospective candidate jump though extra hoops. Could have just taken my application and rejected given that I probably had no chance anyways. Absolutely respectless.
