They called to say I am selected, there would be a 45min test I have to undertake and then an hour long interview where there was going to be behavioural and competency questions. The test was an excerpt on part of the law and an example where it might have been breached and they asked what info will you need from the parties involved and what steps you will take to carry out the investigations. On the day they told me the panel interviewers both had changed, so there was not much time to stalk their profiles. The interview was in the offices in one of their interrogations room (which the interviews mentioned for some intimidation). They went through the role and then asked the questions but they were barely any STAR behavioural based questions. At the interview they said there would be a further interview if I was selected, and they did not have an idea when I might learn of the outcome. I was under the impression there was only one interview and would have prepared differently if I knew.
