Entretien
I had an extremely pleasant interview process with CommCreative. Everyone I met with made me feel very welcome, and like they truly wanted to get to know me and learn more about my experience in advertising. I got to meet with an array of people and learn about the specific types of projects that CommCreative gets involved with. The interviewers clearly had great relationships with one another and I felt that I would fit in well with their team.

Entretien
I was connected to CommCreative via a recruiter, and came in for the first interview that same week. We reviewed my resume, and went through my experience and digital tools I was familiar with. At the end they asked me to come in the following week and take them through a report I'd put together for a previous client. The goal was to see how I interact with and present to my clients. The meeting went great, and at the end of the week I got a phone call that they were putting together an offer letter. Overall, a quick, positive and seamless experience.

Entretien
Started with a Skype interview and was then pulled in for an in-person interview a few weeks later. Very much focused on my portfolio. Mostly informal and comfortable. I met with many people in the agency and got a full tour. They gave me a writing exercise before offering me the position.
