I applied through a recruiter. Interview process included a take home coding test followed by technical interview and finally a check fit discussion with India head. The process was long and included usual front end questions. All went well an I cleared all rounds. I got the confirmation from the third party recruiter and was waiting for the offer. Then the company HR started ignoring my calls and after multiple follow ups didn't get any response. The whole process took around 2 months and at the end I was not getting any response. I found the job fitting my requirement and since the selection process was complete, I let go of another offer that I had got in this duration. Highly unprofessional behaviour on the company part. In the end I feel it was good I didn't get to join this kind of environment, but they wasted a lot of my time.
