Interview process was pretty standard, was asked the basic questions. Seemed a bit like the people hiring weren't sure exactly what the role would be. I had a great time talking with people who were currently employed there, but I wasn't their final fit.
Interview process is straight forward. As long as you are confident in your work, have a great portfolio, the interview is just to make sure you will vibe well with the team.

It was 30mins long and very formal.
Nothing special or unique. I was questioned about why you are interested in this position etc. Be ready to show the portfolio related to the advertising industry.
