I interviewed at Comcast for two different positions and after two rounds of interviews and weeks passed by, I was ghosted for one and the other was frozen! They do not appreciate the time and effort we spend on each interview. they just do not care. Already followed up with them, no response.

Entretien
I was found, initially screened, and submitted by a staffing agency. Then I had a 1 hour one-on-one interview w/ the hiring manager/direct boss. They gave a decision 3 days later.

Interview started with a call from HR recruiter. 2-3 weeks process overall ended with an unprofessional U turn . 5 days before final onsite interview got a call confirming the interview details and who is going to be on panel. 3 days before onsite interview got a e-mail , we selected another candidate already .. saved my time , but bad experience to come across unprofessional people .
