Phone interview wit HR. They really new nothing about the job. Then we moved to a face to face interview with hiring manager. The question were standard and it wasn't difficult. Then I had a face to face interview with director of sales.

Phone screen followed by a group interview, first interview goes well after that no one is interested in hiring you. Seems like they have candidates picked out prior to listing the position as the group interview is a joke, disengaged people just wasting your time.

how would you handle an employee that doesn't deliver?
Phone interview with HR which led to a panel interview that included managers and director. The interview lasted approximately an hour. Be prepared to discuss your leadership qualities and style. The process overall was a positive experience.
