First you get contacted by a recruiter who schedules a video interview with you. It’s more like a “screening” than an interview though. The recruiter does ask interview questions though. If you get a second interview, it is also video, and it’s with a hiring manager. Then you will have to complete a third interview with another manager from department you applied for. Third interview is just over the phone. Honestly the second interview was exhausting, it was over an hour. I must admit I don’t think I was answering questions properly, so that added time. However I’m positive it is long regardless. There is a PowerPoint on the company and benefits, the position, and training before the questions even start. That took about 30 min alone.

Laid back and asked questions about previous work history and why you would be a great fit for the role. Took a couple weeks to do all the steps in the interviews process.
