It was tedious and too long. Many recruiters writing from different emails, lots of calls, generally quite chaotic process. They don't inform you about the next steps and you have to chase them to get to know about it. They also set a video call with me and no one show up so I spent time of my job waiting for them and finally arrived late to my job.

Entretien
I applied at an online job posting. I was emailed from a HR recruiter to set up a phone screen a week after my application. The phone screen went well, just basic HR questions about my background, the position, ect. It was about a 10 minute phone call. I asked a few questions, all of which he couldn't answer because he worked remotely and told me the hiring manager would be able to answer my questions better. He said they would contact me in the next few days but I never heard from them again, so assumed I did not get the job. Wish they would have just told me, especially since he told me to expect a follow up.
