I Interview with the hiring manager. He couldnt stop answering his Black berry durring the interview. He seemd very distracted. Overall he had poor interviewing skills.

I interviewed with multiple layers of the company. I had 2 HR interviews, one screening and one with multiple questions. Then I had an interview with the hiring Manager. Last interview was with the VP of staffing. This was a long process, over 4 weeks.

Entretien
Initial phone interview with recruiter. It was pretty straight forward. The call was about 30 minutes long. He was upfront about the process and the timeline. I thought the conversation went well, though I was not invited in for an in-person interview. The interviewer offered feedback though, which I appreciated.
