Straight forward interview. On the phone, and live second interview. Strengths and weakness, difficult decision, time where you had to persuade someone, and why interested in the company. Person interviewing me was very courteous, and told what to expect on second interview.

asked about my previous sales experience, they really want motivated sellers. didnt ask a lot about customer service experience. asked about what my motivation for working is. they asked me if i have reliable transportation

Very straightforward questions about work history as well as technology background, asked about previous experience working with new challenges how to handle conflicts. Very simple interview just be calm and keep it short
