Phone screening process is through a 3rd party company. I explained that I was looking for an Evening Part-time job. Recruiter stated that I would need full availability Friday, Saturday, Sunday. After I passed the phone screening set up an interview for the store manager at the location. Was upfront with having a daytime Monday - Friday employment, the store manager proceeded to tell me that I needed full availability everyday of the week. Not having it is an automatic qualifier.

Very straightforward questions about work history as well as technology background, asked about previous experience working with new challenges how to handle conflicts. Very simple interview just be calm and keep it short
asked about my previous sales experience, they really want motivated sellers. didnt ask a lot about customer service experience. asked about what my motivation for working is. they asked me if i have reliable transportation
