The interview process took a total of 3 weeks- First i had to call the number listed on the job posting - then i had to do a phone interview - how do you handle irrate customers, name a time I went above and beyond - then i had to do a 2 hour assessment test - then i had an interview with supervisor and hired that day.

These were NOT your typical customer service questions I were used too. A few were typical like how you handle irrate customers, about billing cycles and credit card information. But they weren't hard. Just wasn't prepared.

Entretien
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
