Recruiter called me. Clearly the recruiter was not in touch with the hiring manager. Almost a crap shoot that they identified me as a candidate for the posted position. Questions were more on when could I start and their immediate need for support. Having intereviewed people and hired people, the interface was more that they determined I was a match for the position and did not know how to conduct a behaviorial interview. I was recruited, not screened other than a drug and background check.

It was an average interview process starting with pre screen, phone interview and then face to face at the location. The people I was dealing with were very down to earth and friendly.
