The initial interview was typical phone interview which you were asked STAR questions (situation, task, action, result). That interview took about 30 minutes. Then you are asked to take a analytical test online to ensure you have the basic capabilities to perform the duties asked. Once passed you go into the retail location for a interview with a manager and then you go back for a third interview with an area manager. The HR department or hiring team is not very good at reaching back out or being timely in their responses.

Informal interview questions, they didn't really ask a lot of experience related questions. They wanted to know how i dealt with rejection. The usual questions around past customer service and sales experience. I met with 2 supervisors. It was pretty easy.
