Had a 30 minute phone interview. Was laid back and informative. Was invited to interview in person after call. Treated me well and with respect. “Walk me through your resume”
Phone interview then a face to face interview with a recruiter then with a manager in the office. it took about 30 mins on the phone and then an hour face to face.

Group overview, followed by one-on-one interview, a day in the field seeing opportunity first-hand prior to committing. Very thorough process giving a lot of insight and transparency into expectations and steps moving forward
