Invited me for a panel interview and I felt like it went okay, told me not to worry if I hadn’t heard back super quickly because they were still interviewing other candidates. They ended up completely ghosting me. I called to follow up and was told I’d be called back but never happened and then was told by HR “I think they filled the position?” So overall, not a good experience. If someone comes in person to interview the least you can do is let them know they didn’t get the job and do so in a timely manner. Ghosting is unprofessional and rude.
